  • Purpose計劃宗旨

    計畫的宗旨是為有經濟困難且需要接受醫療診治的人士提供一次免費影像檢查，我們希望透過影像服務為癌症患者及其家庭帶來溫暖和支持，為癌症的預防和治療做出貢獻。
    The purpose of the program is to contribute to cancer prevention and treatment by providing a free imaging examination for individuals facing economic difficulties who require medical treatment. Through imaging services, we aim to bring warmth and support to cancer patients and their families.

  • Funding scope計劃資助範圍 :

    • 超聲波掃描 Ultrasound
    • 乳房造影 Mammography
    • 電腦掃描 Computed Tomography (CT)
    • 磁力共振掃描 Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI )

    Eligibility requirements 申請者資格

    • 正在公立醫院輪候檢查，並持醫管局轉介信 Waiting for Hospital Authority imagingexamination and holding a referral letter from the Hospital Authority.
    • 年滿18歲並持有香港永久居民身份證 18 years old or above and possess a Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card (HKPIC).
    • 正領取綜援/傷殘津貼 Currently receiving Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) or Disability Allowance (DA)
    • 一年內沒有參與 ”妍慧醫學 x 影像送暖計劃” Has not participated in the " VENUS Health x Scan for Hope Program” in the past year

    Required documents所需文件 :

    • 香港永久身份證副本 Copy of Hong Kong Permanent IdentityCard (HKPIC)
    • 公立醫院轉介信 Referral letter from a Hospital Authority
    • 社署綜援申請證明 或 傷殘津貼證明 Proof of Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) or Disability Allowance (DA)

    填寫Google表格及上傳所需証明文件。

    等待審批

    我們會在5個工作天內確認資格。

    預約時間

    一旦確定，我們的職員將會以電話聯絡您，為您預約日期及時間。

    領取報告

    領取報告，報告會上傳到醫健通。
